Amentum is seeking a Program Analyst to provide equipment support to our government customer in Dahlgren, VA. The role emphasizes programmatic analysis, scheduling, budgeting, and technical reporting in a DoD context.

The candidate will prepare program plans, status reports, dashboards, and briefings; coordinate with government personnel, contractors, and stakeholders; and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining documentation in accordance with contract requirements.

Formación

• Active Secret U.S. Government clearance required.
• Experience with DoD/Navy programs and IMS planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/SharePoint/Project/OneNote).
• Ability to prepare complex, detailed technical documents and reports.

• Facilitate meetings and document decisions and follow-up items.
• Assist with development and maintenance of program requirements and documentation.
• Maintain organized records and correspondence per contractual requirements.
• Perform additional program analysis and admin duties as needed.

Amentum is seeking a Program Analyst to provide equipment support to our government customer in Dahlgren, VA.

Program Analyst Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide programmatic and analytical support for the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of assigned programs and projects.
• Track program schedules, milestones, deliverables, action items, and performance metrics to ensure requirements are completed on time.
• Analyze program data, identify trends, risks, issues, and potential impacts, and provide recommendations to program leadership.
• Support the development and maintenance of program plans, schedules, status reports, briefings, dashboards, and other program management documentation.
• Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, technical teams, and other stakeholders to support program objectives and resolve programmatic issues.
• Prepare and present program status updates, reports, briefings, recommendations, and decision-support information to management and customers.
• Facilitate and participate in program meetings, technical reviews, working groups, and other stakeholder engagements; document decisions, action items, and follow-up requirements.
• Assist with the development, review, and maintenance of program requirements, policies, procedures, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain organized program records, correspondence, reports, and documentation in accordance with organizational and contractual requirements.
• Perform additional program analysis and administrative duties as required to support successful program execution.

Minimum Requirements:

• Five (5) years of work-related experience demonstrating technical understanding and the ability to prepare complex and detailed technical documents and reports; OR
• Three (3) years of specialized experience in:
• Financial planning, budgeting, and execution of project funds for allocation purposes.
• Integrated Management Schedule (IMS) development and tracking for planning and budgeting.
• Coordination of task planning, schedule development, and task execution for DoD and Navy programs and projects.
• Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of software applications and business practices, with a high degree of skill in applying software functions necessary to prepare complex and detailed documents using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience processing complex and lengthy technical reports that include tables, graphs, charts, or multiple columns.
• Experience participating in Technical Progress and Design Reviews and program technical meetings.
• Experience providing status and input to technical reports, white papers, and meetings.
• Must have an active Secret U.S. Government security clearance. (Note: U.S. citizenship is required to maintain a Secret clearance.)
• Substantial experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Project, and OneNote.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Navy Information Dominance Approval System (NAVIDAS) experience.
• Navy Enterprise Resource Planning experience.

Compensation Details:

$65000- $85000
