The candidate should have 3+ years of program analysis experience and hold a TS/SCI clearance, with strong MS Office (Excel) and SharePoint skills.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years program analysis experience.
  • BA/BS or related years of experience.
  • Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Knowledge of VISA, SOFA and TESA requirements.
  • Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite – specifically Excel.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint desired.

  • Perform a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
  • Coordinate with team members to provide enterprise support as needed.
  • Interact with program employees and customers to ensure conformance with corporate, program and customer requirements.
  • Acts as primary POC for support to new employees during all phases of in-processing.
  • Provide out-processing support for employees leaving the site.
  • May perform business development activities

Job description

Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Analyst . Here, you’ll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives and where your program management career can go at GDIT. As a Program Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of Air Force. You will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized team to keep the mission running smoothly.

Required Qualifications:

Must achieve and maintain the Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) as defined in the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) between the United States and the Federal Republic of Germany. In order to qualify for TESA, the candidate must have one of the following:

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of specialized experience, OR

an Associate's degree plus 7 years of specialized experience, OR

A major certification plus 7 years of specialized experience, OR

11 years of specialized experience.
