The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a Program Aide for the Life Time Adult Day Program in Lemoyne. The role provides assistance with daily care needs, meal service, and structured activities, all while upholding safety and care plans.

This part-time position runs 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri 9:30am–1:30pm) with a starting pay of $13.54 per hour. Benefits include dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, long-term disability, paid time off, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Secondary education or equivalent work experience with people who have disabilities preferred.
• Must be physically able to care for participants in the program.

The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is a human services agency that is seeking a Program Aide for our Life Time Adult Day Program in Lemoyne.

The Program Aide supports adult participants with daily care needs, meal service, and structured activities. This position helps maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment while ensuring compliance with individual care plans, agency policies, and safety procedures.

Work Schedule

This is a part time 20 hours/week position. Monday-Friday 9:30am to 1:30pm.

Compensation

Part-time position starting pay is $13.54 per hour.
