The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a Community Participation Aide to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our Community Fusion program. The role helps participants access neighborhood services and engage in local volunteer opportunities.

This part‑time position in Mechanicsburg runs Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 2:30pm. Starting pay is $13.54 per hour, with a benefits package including dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, long‑term

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants in utilizing neighborhood services and participating in volunteer opportunities.
