Job summary

Able2 Enhancing Potential is hiring a Program Aide in the Town of Horseheads area to support individuals with disabilities. The role offers an hourly wage of $18.50–$19.70 with full-time benefits and enrollment options, including paid time off from day one and potential 401(k) matching.

Training will be provided. Responsibilities include assisting with daily personal care, following individualized plans, and participating in activities and outings.

Qualifications

• No experience required; Able2 provides detailed training.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and driving record acceptable to agency insurance carrier.
• Full-time position, 30 hour/week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize self with each individual's personal needs, preferences, and program plans.
• Assist individuals with physical care (toileting, positioning, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, etc.) as needed, or designated by plan.
• Implementing service plans as determined and written by planning team.
• Physical ability to be on feet all day and perform the lifting and care of individuals as required.
• Participate in activities/outings, and much more.

Our ProgramAide hourly rate ranges from $18.50/hr to $19.70/hr depending on experience and licensing. As a full time employee, you will accrue paid time off starting day one. Need insurance?
