A leading organization in Chester County is seeking a Program & Advocacy Manager to oversee programmatic activities, including grantmaking and advocacy initiatives. Ideal candidates offer 3-5 years of relevant experience and outstanding communication and analytical skills, working in a flexible, hybrid environment.
The Fund for Women and Girls leads and unites the community through philanthropy and advocacy to ensure that women and girls have opportunities and resources to thrive. Since 1996, we have supported women and girls in Chester County through fundraising, grantmaking, and educational opportunities and we have awarded more than $4 million in grants to 86 nonprofit organizations addressing critical needs.
Advancing the work of The Fund for Women and Girls, the Program & Advocacy Manager is responsible for planning and implementing The Fund’s programmatic work, including grantmaking, advocacy, and educational programming under the direction of the Executive Director. Requires 3-5 years experience in a programmatic role, excellent written, oral, interpersonal communication and analytical skills.Part-time, 20 hours per week at $25 per hour. Flexible hybrid position based in West Chester, PA.
$25 per hour for approximately 20 hybrid hours per week
