What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement innovative digital advocacy strategies to recruit and retain grassroots advocates
- Manage social media channels for Komen’s Center for Public Policy
- Coordinate online advocacy engagement platforms and action alert campaigns
- Create compelling digital content, including infographics and videos, for various platforms
- Track and evaluate online engagement metrics for reporting to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, public administration, political science, government affairs, communications, or a relevant field
- 3-5 years of direct experience in federal, state, or grassroots advocacy
- Prior experience with social media, digital advocacy, and graphics development
- Strong organizational skills and advanced proficiency with MS Office products
- Ability to travel up to 25% for meetings and events

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of breast cancer public policy and advocacy
- Experience in volunteer management and engagement
