BTAS, Inc. seeks a Program / Acquisition Manager to support the 16 AF Strategic Plans and Programs Directorate (A8) at JBSA-Lackland. You will prepare and maintain program documentation, MARs, SARs, DAES, and Should Cost inputs for AFCYBER portfolios.
This role requires a Top Secret / SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in acquisition management, and a DAU Level 2 or equivalent certification. On‑site work in San Antonio with limited travel is expected.

The Program / Acquisition Manager supports the 16 Air Force (AF) Strategic Plans and Programs Directorate (A8), which supports missions and functions for 16 AF Service needs and Air Forces Cyber (AFCYBER). 16 AF and AFCYBER require technical and analytical support in areas relating to planning, implementing, and executing Air Force and Combatant Command (CCMD) missions. This role will prepare and maintain records of program documentation in support of the AFCYBER portfolio, as requested. This includes the preparation of Monthly Acquisition Reports (MARs), Selected Acquisition Reports (SARs), Defense Acquisition Executive Summaries (DAES), as well as CCaRS Should Cost inputs for all assigned programs.

Must be able to operate a computer and other standard office equipment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, 80%.
