HALO is looking for a Program Account Manager to join its Program Account Management team. This role will serve as a direct point of contact for Account Executives (AEs) and Clients on Program Accounts. The manager will liaise between AEs/Clients and internal HALO Departments, including Inventory Management, AR, Marketing, etc. The role involves managing programs to meet or exceed contractual and business requirements, leading strategy meetings with technology resources, and understanding profitability goals to optimize program performance.

Note: If you reside within 30 miles of the Sterling, IL Corporate Office, a weekly visit would be required.

Responsibilities:

Program Management

  • Develop and maintain the lifecycle of ecommerce programs in collaboration with clients, AEs, sales, and internal departments.
  • Ensure programs meet requirements outlined in Business Requirement Documents and Contracts.
  • Maintain knowledge of brand guidelines, marketing strategies, fulfillment, and billing requirements.
  • Manage client-related calendars and timelines for marketing, merchandising, and product updates.
  • Prepare and present internal and external program reviews periodically.
  • Resolve issues, delays, and conflicts between departments efficiently.

Collect, analyze, and communicate project details, deliverables, and changes to stakeholders.

  • Manage client expectations and communicate processes, approvals, and timelines clearly.
  • Coordinate changes and new initiatives with internal teams.
  • Lead strategy meetings with technology teams to execute outlined processes.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and usage reports to oversee inventory demands, optimize ship complete, inventory turn, and obsolescence goals.

Account Profitability

  • Manage programs to meet profitability targets.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and involve relevant personnel.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish metrics and projections for success.
  • Operate within budgets for samples and marketing expenses.
  • Optimize internal processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
