Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1+ years of financial analysis, accounting, banking, or analytical experience.
• Experience with financial data, reporting, or analytical processes.
• Systems-oriented mindset with experience using reporting or analytics tools.
• Banking industry experience (preferred).
• Experience with Power BI (preferred).
• Experience with Tableau (preferred).
• Experience with SQL or similar reporting platforms (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and dashboards to support forecasting, profitability reporting, and management decision-making.
• Assist with budget, forecast, and profitability processes by gathering data, validating inputs, and maintaining financial models.
• Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers affecting actual, forecasted, and budgeted results.
• Support profitability analysis across products, customer segments, and business lines.
• Provide ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and reporting support with senior analysts and stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through reconciliation, validation, and documenting assumptions.
• Develop knowledge of banking products, revenue streams, expense drivers, systems, and reporting processes.
• Leverage reporting and analytics tools to support data visualization and performance tracking.
