Associated Bank is seeking a Financial Analyst to support profitability reporting, forecasting, and analytics within the FP&A team. You will work at the intersection of finance and technology to deliver insights and data-driven decisions.

The role can be hired at Financial Analyst or Senior level based on experience. Strong skills in financial modeling and reporting tools will be valued, with opportunities to advance in a collaborative financial analytics environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 1 year of financial analysis, accounting, banking, or analytical experience.
• Experience with financial data, reporting, or analytical processes.
• Systems-oriented mindset with experience using reporting or analytics tools.
• Banking industry experience is preferred.
• Power BI, Tableau, and SQL experience are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and dashboards that support forecasting, profitability reporting, and management decision-making.
• Assist with budget, forecast, and profitability processes by gathering data, validating inputs, and maintaining financial models.
• Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting actual, forecasted, and budgeted financial results.
• Support profitability analysis across products, customer segments, and business lines to help evaluate financial performance.
• Partner with senior analysts and business stakeholders to provide ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and reporting support.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through reconciliation, validation, and documentation of assumptions.
• Develop knowledge of banking products, revenue streams, expense drivers, financial systems, and reporting processes.
• Leverage reporting and analytics tools to support data visualization, performance tracking, and business insights.
