Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1+ years of financial analysis or banking analytics experience.
• Experience with financial data, reporting, or analytics processes.
• Systems-oriented mindset with experience using reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and dashboards for forecasting and profitability.
• Assist with budget, forecast, and profitability processes by gathering data and validating inputs.
• Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers.
• Support profitability analysis across products, customer segments, and business lines.
• Provide ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and reporting support.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through reconciliation and documentation.
• Develop knowledge of banking products and revenue/expense drivers.
• Leverage tools to visualize performance and insights.
