Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business/related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in dealer profit-sharing, reinsurance, or related operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (operations, analytics, compliance, field support).
• Strong knowledge of reinsurance/profit-sharing structures (CFC, NCFC, Retro).
• Proven people management and development skills.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Excel, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of dealer program operations and related transactions (onboarding, setup, cash flow, collateral, runoff).
• Establish and enforce SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards for timely and accurate program activities.
• Lead field and stakeholder enablement, intake tracking, and escalation for complex issues.
• Manage program performance and governance with analytics, KPIs, and compliance reporting.
• Oversee third-party/internal partner relationships and service expectations across TPAs and dealers.
• Identify and implement process improvements, workflows, controls, automation, and scalability.
