Job summary

Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. is seeking an entry level Water Spider to support CNC machines on our production lines and retrieve parts for the line. The right candidate will stay attentive, use hand dexterity, and be willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.

The role offers base wage plus quarterly profit sharing, with additional pay for off shifts and a strong focus on lean manufacturing and teamwork across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator or high volume, medium mix manufacturing environment experience.
• High School Diploma preferred, but not required.
• On-the-job training will be provided for motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

• checking coolant levels and percentages
• removing metal chips from machines
• maintaining daily parts inventory
• assist with quarterly inventory and performs other duties as necessary
