Sturm, Ruger & Co. is seeking production associates to support front-line manufacturing of firearms in a high-volume plant. Starting wages depend on experience and shift, with quarterly profit sharing and shift differentials for off shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic to complex machinery as assigned, including CNC turning/milling where required.
• Maintain visual alertness, dexterity and attention to detail during production tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing assignments.
