Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Branch Manager (Profit Center Manager) to lead a multi-million dollar rental center, driving Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance and Logistics while achieving financial objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a Business Management degree or equivalent rental industry experience, strong leadership, and proven P&L oversight, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of P&L and financial controls.
• Experience in outside sales or negotiation/influencing.
• Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful.
• High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall performance of a multi-million dollar revenue business.
• Build and manage a successful team across Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance and Logistics.
• Oversee unit's financial and operational reporting and achieve financial goals.
