Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Branch Manager (Profit Center Manager) to lead a multi-million dollar branch, directing Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics to meet financial and performance goals.

Ideal candidates will have a Business Management background with rental industry experience and a proven ability to drive accountability, leadership, and growth within a team. The role emphasizes earnings responsibility and branch optimization.

Qualifications

• Business Management degree with at least 1 year of Rental Industry experience OR 3-4 years of Rental Industry experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record history.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls.
• Experience in outside sales or other experience in negotiation and influencing.
• Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful.
• High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of a multi-million dollar revenue business.
• Lead a multi-functional team including Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance and Logistics.
• Coordinate and evaluate the rental center unit and drive financial and operational results.
• Render responsibility for financial reporting and achievement of performance goals.
• Develop and mentor staff for growth in a multi-unit or sales leadership track.
