Qualifications

• Business Management degree with 1+ year rental industry exp or 3–4 years rental exp.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; P&L awareness.

Responsibilities

• Have overall responsibility for the performance of a multi-million dollar revenue business.
• Lead all aspects of Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics, including financial and performance goals.
• Unit's operational and financial reporting functions.
