Job summary

Hajoca Corporation in Southern California seeks candidates for the Accelerated Management Development Program Profit Center Manager. The role trains in a fast-track AMDP, learns Hajoca operations and sales methods, and advances into a leadership position as a Profit Center leader.

Candidate will plan and direct all business operations, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and drive profitability with a focus on sales growth and cost control across the Southern California locations.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of wholesale distribution experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• Able to drive for company business.
• Possess a proper and valid driver's license.
• Able to work onsite at the Southern California region (San Diego, LA, Corona, Costa Mesa).

Responsibilities

• Train within the AMDP program at an accelerated pace.
• Learn about our business, operations style, and sales methods.
• Develop leadership skills and move into a leadership role when appropriate.
• Plan, direct, and lead all Profit Center operations to sustain profitability.
• Achieve sales, gross profit and profit sharing goals through team management.
• Set targeted customer account potential and sales goals; hold team accountable.
• Analyze financial reports to increase sales and margins and control expenses.
• Maintain a safe working environment and safeguard assets.
• Build relationships in the community to grow market share.
