Hajoca Corporation in Las Vegas is seeking an AMDP Profit Center Manager to lead all operations, drive profitability, and develop a high-performing team. You will train in the accelerated program and progress into a leadership role as you demonstrate business acumen.

The role emphasizes achieving sales and gross profit targets, recruiting and coaching staff, and building community relations to expand market share. A college degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3 or more years of wholesale distribution experience.
• 1 or more years of leadership experience.
• Able to drive for company business; at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a driving record meeting company criteria.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking English and using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Train within the AMDP and accelerate leadership development.

About the Role:

You will:

Train within the Hajoca Management Development Program at an accelerated pace.

Learn about our business, operations style, and sales methods.

Develop your skills and move into a leadership role when appropriate.

Plan, direct, and lead all business operations at the Profit Center. This role is accountable for sustaining consistent profitability of the business.

• Achieve sales, gross profit and profit sharing goals through the recruitment, development, training, coaching, evaluation, and management of the Profit Center team.

Determine targeted customer account potential, establish sales goals for those accounts, and hold salespeople accountable for achieving those goals.

• Achieve upper quartile performance in these key indicators – Gross Profit %, Net Salaries Ratio, Occupancy Ratio, Return on Investment, Gross Profit per Employee, and Profit Sharing per Employee.

Analyze available financial reports and information, implementing appropriate strategies to increase sales and margins, improve productivity, and manage expenses and assets.

• Ensure the Profit Center meets or exceeds customer service expectations.

Build relationships in the community to understand the marketplace, increase market share, and identify new markets.

• Conduct all business in accordance with Company policy and procedures.

Maintain and insist upon a safe working environment in accordance with Company policy and procedures.

• Safeguard and maintain all Profit Center assets – buildings, fleet, equipment, inventory, and receivables.

Successfully other duties as assigned by management.

About You:

College degree or equivalent industry experience

• 3 or more years of wholesale distribution experience

1 or more years of leadership experience

• Able to drive for company business. As a company business driver, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old

Possess a proper and valid driver’s license

• Have a driving record that meets the criteria for being an Authorized Driver in accordance with Company policy.

Effectively use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) to communicate via email, to maintain appointments and customer and vendor contact files, and to analyze performance data.

• Have product knowledge related to the specific Profit Center market

Compensation:

The base compensation for this role will range from $70,000 - $90,000 per year. Total compensation will vary depending on annual profit sharing bonus amounts.
