Qualifications

• Experience operating laser and profiling equipment.
• Strong understanding of 5S and workplace organization.
• Ability to train operators and follow JI/work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and operate laser and profiling equipment.
• Maintain uptime through preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Collaborate with engineering on ECNs and new product implementations.
• Provide hands-on production support and report performance metrics.
• Ensure safety standards and 5S organization across the cell.
• Travel for training or knowledge sharing as needed.
