This position may be filled at Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level (open rank) and has some flexibility with scheduled hours that may be filled at .8 FTE to 1 FTE. A leadership position in the department is also available for suitable candidates (Section Chief or Vice Chair). Faculty rank is contingent upon qualifications and experience.Responsibilities for the MSK Imaging section at the University of Louisville include supervision and training of 24 Radiology residents in the interpretation of MSK radiology, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound. The MSK section covers a busy workload of inpatient and outpatient cross-sectional and radiographic imaging of the body, joints, and extremities. Imaging workups are concentrated in trauma imaging, both acute and chronic, Sports Medicine, and orthopedic oncology.
