Job summary

Contributes to prof development, collaborates with other CSAT faculty, and engages with senior Air Force leadership to advance strategic learning and innovation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to teach graduate Fellows and develop curriculum.
• Effective written and oral communication with diverse audiences.
• Broad knowledge of leadership, group dynamics and strategic thinking.
• Broad knowledge of global environment, innovation and strategy.
• Knowledge of military and academic cultures and history.
• Knowledge of research methods and national security topics.
• Proficient with SIPRnet and JWICS for research and publication.

Responsibilities

• Teaches CSAT Chief of Staff Blue Horizons fellowship on strategic and military-technical competition.
• Oversees curriculum development, content structure, and assessment design.
• Supervises Fellows, provides feedback and documents progression.
• Researches and presents results to military, civic, and academic groups.
• Contributes to professional education and publishes scholarly work.
