North Central Texas College is seeking a Professor for the Associate Degree Nursing program. This 9-month contract, payable over twelve months, may be stationed at multiple campuses or offered online. Travel between campuses and local or out-of-town meetings may be required.
The role requires an RN, a Master’s degree or equivalent with Nursing graduate hours, and Texas Board of Nurse Examiners approval. Teaching responsibilities span classroom, lab, and community activities to support student

This is a 9-month contract paid out over 12 months. Two vacancies will be filled from this posting.
Teaching assignments may be on one or more of the college’s campuses or online and may include evening and weekend programs. Campus location is determined based on enrollment.
Employee may be required to travel between campuses and attend local and out-of-town meetings as necessary. Some teaching may be required on other NCTC campuses and/or other off-site locations. Campus assignments may vary.

Two (2) years in the last four (4) of current clinical experience in an acute care and or Medical-Surgical Nursing environment
Preferred Experience
Past experience either teaching in community college ADN Nursing program and/or as a clinical instructor preferred.
