Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a valet attendant to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain organized records in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong customer service, safety awareness, and teamwork to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with needs, directing traffic, and maintaining a professional appearance while following all procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably hospitality.
• Experience in handling and parking vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and multitasking.
• Adherence to safety and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles following procedures and laws.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, keys, and information.
• Assist guests with strollers and other needs.
• Keep valet area clean and report maintenance issues.
• Direct traffic to minimize congestion and improve flow.
• Follow safety regulations and wear proper attire and safety gear.
• Communicate effectively with staff and guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
