Aurora University is seeking an A&P Tutor to support learning by guiding students toward independent, engaged, and confident study habits. The role includes individual and group tutoring across health science courses, plus review sessions for A&P I and II.

The Professional Anatomy & Physiology (A&P) Tutor supportslearning by assisting with academic strategies to support students’academic success. As students strive to reach their academic goals,the main responsibility of a tutor is to help the student inbecoming a more independent, engaged, and confident learner.A&P tutors provide individual and group tutoring to studentsacross a broad range of health science courses. Tutors will alsoconduct review sessions (recitations) for A&P I and II. Tutorsmeet with students to clarify and review concepts taught in class,explain processes, provide tools to enhance their application andanalyzation of course content. This is a 9-month position workingapproximately 10-19 hours per week. Applicants will be part of apool of professional tutors from which the Academic Support Centerwill fill the needed Professional Tutor positions.
