W-2 employment with training provided. Most shifts require Sundays, with hours typically 20-40 per week and pay starting at $16/hour, rising with performance to $26/hour for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and reset short-term rental homes between guest stays.
• Change and launder linens, remake beds, and restock supplies.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to Host Boise standards.
• Perform light deep-cleaning and inventory restocking as needed.
• Report damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns.
• Manage your time independently to meet check-in deadlines.
