Job summary

RRC Surveying seeks a Registered Professional Land Surveyor to lead boundary and topographic surveys from our Pflugerville, TX office. You will direct data collection, processing and deliverables while coordinating with teams on oil, gas and renewable energy projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of survey supervision, strong GPS/gear experience (Topcon/Trimble), and proficiency in Trimble Business Center, Survey Pro, Carlson Survey and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Registered Professional Land Surveyor.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising oil and gas, topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.
• Familiarity with survey requirements for renewable energy, commercial development, and oil and gas projects.
• Office drafting, data management, and review of survey documentation and final deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Direct and perform all aspects of acquiring, processing, analyzing and compiling data to prepare maps, documents and deliverables for boundary, topographic, ALTA, and related surveys.
• Prepare legal descriptions for easements, rights-of-way, and property boundaries.
• Manage day-to-day survey operations and assist in development of the survey division.
