We are seeking a compassionate Medical-Surgical RN to provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, collaborating with teams, educating patients, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications include an active RN license in Pennsylvania, an accredited nursing degree, BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred), and 1+ years of Med-Surg experience (new grads considered). Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.

The position offers night shifts (3x12s), competitive pay ($32.19-$45.08/hr), comprehensive benefits, professional development, PTO, and holiday pay.
