UPMC East in Monroeville, PA is hiring a Full-Time Professional Staff Nurse to support the 4E Cardiology. This full-time position will work 3, 12-hour shifts per week. 6-weekend and 6-night shifts will be required in a 6-week scheduling period.

Sign-On Bonus Details:
$15,000 for Graduate Nurses.
$20,000 for Registered Nurses with one or more years of experience.
*Candidates hired into a sign-on bonus-eligible role will be asked to make a two-year work commitment to UPMC East.
*Applicants will be placed in the appropriate job title and salary from the My Nursing Career Ladder based on their individual experience and education. Title and salary will be determined based on education and nursing experience.

The Professional Staff Nurse has responsibility, authority and accountability for the provision of nursing care. The Professional Staff Nurse manages and provides patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through the application of independent judgment, communication and collaboration with all team members. The role of the Professional Staff Nurse encompasses leadership, partnership, collaboration and supervision. The Professional Staff Nurse establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians, other health care providers, patients and their families, to achieve desired patient outcomes throughout the continuum of care.
