Responsibilities:

  1. Educate and influence veterinary colleagues and practice teams through roundtable discussions on small animal diseases, Zoetis products/services, medical advancements, and practice management.
  2. Advise internal teams (sales and marketing) as the "voice of the veterinarian" on strategies and education.
  3. Serve as a coach, trainer, and leader, adapting communication styles to meet team and peer needs.
  4. Collaborate with the Area Business Manager to develop and achieve business strategies and objectives.
  5. Become a valued advisor to veterinary customers, sales teams, and colleagues.
  6. Engage in the Veterinary Industry, Zoetis Business, and Brand, maintaining commitment to personal and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
  • Current, active veterinary license in good standing.
  • Valid US driver’s license.
  • 5+ years in companion animal clinical practice.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel (60-70%), including air travel and local driving.
  • Availability for occasional weekends and evenings.
