What You’ll Be Working On:
  • Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates, especially veterinarians.
  • Conducting thorough pre-screening processes and presenting candidate shortlists to recruiters and veterinary professionals.
  • Using data-driven sourcing techniques and market research to provide industry insights that influence recruiting and growth strategies.
  • Managing the complete sourcing process, including stakeholder management and meetings with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Understanding the business deeply to offer market insights that influence business decisions and drive growth.
  • Designing scalable search strategies to improve recruiting results for current and future needs.
  • Creating personalized candidate experiences that reflect the company's values and mission.
  • Proficiency in recruiting systems like Greenhouse to improve team efficiency, including documentation and compliance.
  • Analyzing and reporting on sourcing efforts, including progress, status, and market trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare or veterinary fields.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with high ownership and a positive attitude.
  • Skilled in sourcing passive candidates across different time zones using creative techniques.
  • Proven success in sourcing and screening hard-to-fill positions.
  • Experience managing complex recruitment campaigns and meeting hiring goals.
  • Strategic thinking to address business challenges and develop plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
