Role Overview

Join an industry-leading team supporting a critical U.S. Public Sector customer in deploying, migrating, operating, and maintaining endpoint security systems. The Endpoint Security Engineer (ESE) will focus on daily deployments, operations, and cybersecurity advisory, collaborating with various stakeholders to develop technical project plans and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer experience and successful service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Deploy, integrate, and operationalize Trellix’s Endpoint Detection and Response capabilities.
• Develop technical documentation, test plans, deployment, and migration plans.
• Lead or participate in technical meetings, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Monitor system health and report operational and technical issues.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a passion for cybersecurity and IT.
• Experience with enterprise network technology, cybersecurity operations, and systems engineering.
• Proficiency with Trellix products (ENS, ePO, EDR, TIE, DXL), Active Directory, databases, virtualization, and cloud services.
• 5+ years in a technical role, with a B.S. or higher in a related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-scope poly and DoD 8570/8140 cybersecurity certification.
