Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Manager, Professional Services in the United States to lead the Smart Hands team, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient operations. You will oversee technical staff, drive pre-sales LOE sizing, and manage team performance and budgets.

The role requires 8+ years in managed services, at least 3 years in leadership, and strong vendor management. Excellent communication skills and ITIL certification are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of MSP experience in network deployments, infrastructure refresh, smart hands, project management, or related IT work.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing technical staff.
• Strong vendor management and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including with senior management.
• ITIL Foundation certification.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead high-performing Professional Services teams to meet goals and customer satisfaction.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development for team members.
• Lead pre-sales activities with LOE sizing and scoping input for proposals.
• Monitor team performance, utilization, and budget alignment.
• Manage P&L, revenue, costs, and contract GP for the practice area.
