Job summary

Accelo in Denver is seeking an analytical Professional Services Manager to guide clients through implementing our PSA platform, translating their processes into precise configurations, and acting as a trusted advisor. You’ll lead multiple client projects, run expert sessions, coordinate with Sales, Customer Success and Product, and help clients adopt Accelo to maximize value.

Job Title: Professional Services Manager

Description

We're looking for an analytical, solution-oriented Professional Services Manager who loves getting into the technical detail with customers. In this role, you'll serve as both a functional expert and a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the implementation and adoption of our Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform. You'll build deep product expertise, work closely with clients to understand how their business runs, and translate that into the right Accelo configuration for them. If you enjoy weighing configuration trade-offs, solving real problems, and driving long-term customer success, this role is a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary implementation lead, managing multiple client projects concurrently.
• Conduct customized expert services sessions for current clients who are looking to refine and optimize their deployment.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into tailored Accelo configurations.
• Develop and execute structured implementation plans, managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead engaging and educational training sessions for client teams.
• Provide consultative support, helping clients optimize workflows and maximize Accelo’s value.
• Configure Accelo deployments, including integration setup, data migration, and account settings.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance on business process automation.
• Relay customer feedback and trends to the Product and Engineering teams to drive improvements.
• Stay up to date with Accelo’s latest features and integrations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Professional Services, Consulting, or Onboarding role within a SaaS environment.
• Experience with SaaS-based solutions, bonus points for experience in categories like PSA, Project Management, Resource Management, Capacity Planning, Workforce Management, Work Management, CRM, ERP, or HR Planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn complex software and translate business needs into tailored solutions.
• Comfortable discussing configuration options and trade-offs directly with customers.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization.
• Ability to analyze data to drive process improvements and business decisions.

Practicalities & Role Requirements

• Where You’ll Be: This role requires you to reside in the Denver area, with the option to work from home two days a week.
• Working Across Timezones: In this role, you'll work with Australian-based clients. This means that 2-3 days per week, your hours will shift to ensure timezone coverage.
• Working Rights: You must have full working rights, as we’re unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
