Opportunity to grow your career in private capital operations and fintech consulting by working closely with new clients to ensure successful implementations of the Entrilia fund accounting and investor relations platform.

Details

Job Description

1. Define and document implementation project scope, goals, and deliverables clearly.
2. Create and execute the implementation project plan, reporting progress to all stakeholders.
3. Understand clients’ data models and assist in executing data migration processes for Fund Accounting, Investment Accounting, and CRM.
4. Build strong relationships with clients during and after implementation.
5. Facilitate client’s data reconciliation process with the client and Entrilia team, providing support during user acceptance testing and stabilization.
6. Work with clients and Entrilia engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to migration, and identify efficiency improvements.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Owners, Engineers, QA, Designers) to enhance products and services.
8. Understand the functional impact of configuration options and offer tailored recommendations.
9. Build product knowledge through training, research, testing, and working with senior team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Private Equity / Fund Accounting (required).
• Experience using financial or fund accounting software.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• CPA or Accounting Degree (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in project implementation, business analysis, or system delivery with external clients for projects of significant size and duration (preferred).
• Enthusiasm for finance and technology, with strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong work ethic.
• Highly motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to approach challenges with passion and grow with the company.

Location:
