Job summary

JFrog Ltd. seeks a Senior Professional Services DevOps Architect to guide enterprise customers through DevOps and DevSecOps journeys, architecting CI/CD pipelines using JFrog and modern tools.

You will collaborate with Sales, Success, Product, and Development while mentoring the consulting team and training the open source community. The role requires deep cloud, Linux, and infrastructure expertise, with strong customer-facing skills and a proven track record in delivering scalable software

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in services/consulting for enterprise customers.
• Experience with CI tools: CI Server, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, NPM.
• Ability to architect and build software delivery pipelines using Docker, npm, Java, PyPI, and DevSecOps tools.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure & operations: storage, network, compute, security, cloud (public, on-prem).
• Experience with CD/ CD tools: Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, Kubernetes.
• Hands-on Linux.
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience: AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service oriented skills.
• Experience with server-side software on-prem and in the cloud.
• Experience with software architecture design and product development is a plus.
• Experience with MLOps toolset is a plus.
• Willingness to learn; Open Source mindset.

Responsibilities

• Guide the DevOps, DevSecOps and MLOps journeys for JFrog’s strategic customers as their trusted advisor.
• Consult, architect, design and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps platforms using JFrog products and other technologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support and Development while working with Devs and DevSecOps Pros to ensure success.
• Mentor and coach members of the consulting team.
• Train the open source community and JFrog customers.
• Influence features and roadmaps based on customer needs.
• Keep current with latest DevSecOps trends and CI/CD technologies.
• Build solid relationships with customers and community.

As a Professional Services DevOps Architect in JFrog you will

• Guide the DevOps, DevSecOps and MLOps journeys of JFrog’s most strategic customers, positing yourself as their trusted advisor
• Work with JFrog customers to consult, architect, design and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps platform using JFrog products and other cutting edge technologies and practices like Docker, Kubernetes, IaC and Cloud Native
• Team up with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support and Development while work directly with Devs and DevSecOps Pros to ensure success with the customer’s DevSecOps journey using the JFrog platform
• Mentor and coach members of the consulting team
• Train the open source community and JFrog customers
• Influence the features and roadmap of JFrog tools based on customer needs
• Keep current with the latest technology trends related to DevSecOps and the landscape of CI/CD Technology
• Work closely with our customers and community to build solid relationships

To be a Professional Services DevOps Architect in JFrog you need

• 15+ years of professional experience and 5+ years of experience working in professional services or consulting with enterprise customers
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools: CI Server, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, NPM
• Ability to lead, architect and build software delivery pipelines with Docker, npm, Java, Pypi etc.. using various DevSecOps tools such as Git, Binary repositories management, Binary scanning, and Continuous integration
• Good understanding of infrastructure & operations - storage, network, computer, security, cloud (public, on-prem)
• Experience with Continuous Deployment and Delivery tools: Terraform, , Ansible, ArgoCD, Kubernetes
• Hands on experience in Linux - Mandatory
• Hands on experience with cloud infrastructure - AWS / Azure / GCP - Mandatory
• Experience with customer facing with great interpersonal and customer service oriented skills
• Experience with server side software on-premise and in the cloud
• Experience with Software Architecture design and product development a plus
• Experience with MLOps toolset & ecosystem is a plus

What Jfrog Can Offer…

• At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
• This position has a base salary range between $$200,000 to $225,000 Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
• Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
• This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
