About the Team

You will report to the Director, Resident Consultant within the Professional Services team. The work setup for this role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your preferred location. At Nutanix, we prioritize performance and results over physical presence in the office. As such, there are no specific office days required for this position.

In terms of travel requirements, this role entails moderate travel of 10-30 percent, primarily for client engagements, training sessions, and team meetings. This travel component offers the opportunity to collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders, gaining valuable insights while expanding your professional network and expertise.

Your Role

1. Develop relationships with sales leadership and key customers
2. Define and drive services strategy

What You Will Bring

1. 10+ years of relevant IT industry experience, especially in large enterprise data center related, virtualization/HC, cloud, and storage
2. 5+ years of direct customer experience
3. 5+ years' direct people management experience
4. Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required
5. Experience in Federal and/or Government Contract Industries a big plus
6. Experience working with/as a Facility Security Officer
7. Experience with financial forecasts and reporting
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Proven track record planning and managing large programs
10. Strong skills in strategic planning and financial analysis

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 131,120 and USD $ 265,200 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
