Job Description:
The Consultant I, Professional Services, is responsible for assisting clients in meeting their organizational goals and objectives across the Front Desk and Patient Access functions of their practice. This role serves as a trusted advisor on the workflows that shape every patient's first interaction with a practice: scheduling, registration, insurance eligibility, patient communication and reminders, check-in, and point-of-service payment. This role sits within our Front Desk Department; a consulting team built around the complete patient access experience and the measurable outcomes it drives for practices. This consultant works directly with practice leadership, administrators, and front office teams, leading discovery to understand current workflows and goals, recommending best practice processes and configurations, and supporting adoption through to measurable results such as reduced no-shows, cleaner registration data, shorter check-in times, and improved point-of-service collections.
