Securitas USA in Missouri is hiring Professional Security Officers for full-time shifts in Fenton. Wage is $19.00 per hour and available shifts 3PM–11PM and 11PM–7AM. The role involves monitoring the premises, controlling access, and patrolling varied client sites to maintain a safe environment.

The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Drivers license preferred; pre-employment screening applies.

Professional Security Officers - Full Time

Primary Location: Fenton, MO

Wage: $19.00/HR

Available Shifts:

Our Professional Security Officers help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct foot and mobile patrols of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must have to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Prior Security or Military experience preferred.
• Must have a strong professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Driving record must meet company and / or insurance standards.
• Chauffeur license a plus, must be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
