Securitas USA in Missouri is hiring Professional Security Officers for full-time shifts in Fenton. Wage is $19.00 per hour with two available shifts: 3PM–11PM and 11PM–7AM. Officers monitor premises, enforce post orders, perform patrols, and deliver courteous customer service for our clients.

Ideal candidates have strong observation skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to respond calmly under pressure. Pre-employment screening applies, including background checks and drug testing.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance during shift.
• Professional demeanor.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background check).
• Prior Security or Military experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Driving record must meet company/insurance standards.
• Chauffeur license a plus, must obtain within 30 days.

• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct foot and mobile patrols of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Our Professional Security Officers help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Prior Security or Military experience preferred.
• Must have a strong professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license required.
