Qualifications

• Must successfully complete all Company specified training programs.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by performing cleaning duties in apartments, common areas and amenities.
• Clean public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
• Perform laundry duties: washing, drying, folding, and changing bed linens.
• Stock the cleaning cart with supplies and disinfect equipment.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and request service orders as needed.
• Report and respond to any health or living status changes of residents.
• May perform other duties as needed and assigned.
