Shockwave Medical is committed to supporting the clinicians that use our products with a robust offering of educational programs. This front-line role works to impact clinicians and the patients they serve by planning and executing educational events and programs, both in-person and virtual. This exciting role will collaborate closely with faculty members as well as internal partners in education, marketing, and sales. In addition to managing events, you will have the opportunity to support internal processes like HCP engagements, CEU/CME programs, and/or educational grants. This position can be performed remotely and will report to the Associate Director, Professional Relations and Operations. Ideal candidate will live in close proximity to a major airport, including Tampa, Miami, Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $103,000 to $165,600. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
