Job description

You will get to communicate and work closely with business leaders on a daily basis to find the best of the best for Ashley Global Retail, LLC. You will focus primarily on higher level office and management up to Director level positions, hiring top talent to fill existing and future leadership positions within the company. As a full-cycle recruiter, you will come up with creative solutions to source candidates, take them through an exceptional interview process, facilitate the selection of the most qualified candidate, and finish off with a strong onboarding process. It is your job to drive continuous improvement initiatives and to always be learning the newest strategy to attract higher level talent.

What Do You Need?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related field, Combination of IT Recruiting a plus.
• Strong interviewing skills
• Basic knowledge of state and federal employment laws, basic OSHA principals, and document management systems
• Strong work ethic with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
