Qualifications

• Completion of Pet Stylist Apprentice program or equivalent grooming training
• High-school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot grooming challenges and solve problems independently with guidance when needed
• Strong attention to detail and passion for animals

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts and styling
• Nail trimming, ear cleaning, and gland cleaning
• Maintain a clean and safe grooming area following hygiene policies
• Train and support entry-level trainees when needed
• Interact professionally with pet parents and provide grooming recommendations
