Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking a pet grooming associate to provide professional grooming services for dogs and cats. The role requires at least 1 year of grooming experience and the candidate must either provide their own grooming tools or be willing to purchase them.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with Paragon Level 1 & 2 training provided by Petsense. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, greeting pets, following grooming patterns, and maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year grooming/styling experience with dogs and cats.
• Must provide own grooming tools or be willing to purchase required tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Paragon Level 1 & 2 training provided by Petsense.

Responsibilities

• Follow and demonstrate Petsense by Tractor Supply Mission and Values.
• Answer phone and schedule appointments.
• Book appointments and greet pets.
• Clip and shape dogs' coat using clippers/brushes/shears.
• Adhere to safety rules and sanitize tools and cages.
• Assist in store operations as needed.
