Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience
Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial painting practices
Proficient with brush and roller application
Reliable transportation to and from job sites daily
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., bend, reach, stand and perform physical tasks
Overtime availability, especially in peak season
Comfortable on ladders and in active job sites
Professional appearance and dependable attendance
Good communication and customer-service skills

Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial painting projects
Complete surface preparation including sanding, masking, scraping, caulking, patching, and cleaning
Paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment when applicable
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Protect customer property and finished surfaces
Communicate professionally with team members, customers, and supervisors
Follow company safety guidelines and quality standards
Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
Complete assigned work within expected timeframes
Assist with other job-related tasks as needed
