Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial painting practices
• Proficient with brush and roller application
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites daily
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., bend, reach, stand and perform physical tasks
• Overtime availability, especially in peak season
• Comfortable on ladders and in active job sites
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance
• Good communication and customer-service skills

Aufgaben

• Perform residential and commercial painting projects
• Complete surface preparation including sanding, masking, scraping, caulking, patching, and cleaning
• Paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment when applicable
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Protect customer property and finished surfaces
• Communicate professionally with team members, customers, and supervisors
• Follow company safety guidelines and quality standards
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
• Complete assigned work within expected timeframes
• Assist with other job-related tasks as needed
