Fitzpatrick Painting & Construction is seeking experienced painters for our Eugene, OR team. We require at least 2 years of professional painting experience and a strong commitment to quality workmanship on residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial painting practices.
• Proficient with brush and roller application; able to use spray methods when needed.
• Reliable transportation to the job sites daily.
• Comfortable with overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial painting projects.
• Prepare surfaces: sanding, masking, scraping, caulking, patching, cleaning.
• Paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment when applicable.
• Maintain clean, organized and safe job sites.
• Protect customer property and finished surfaces.
• Communicate professionally with team members, customers and supervisors.
• Follow safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Work efficiently while delivering high quality results.
• Complete assigned work within expected timeframes.
