Job summary

HES Facilities in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Professional Experienced Painter for a full-time, 1st shift role. You will paint interior surfaces on a campus-style site, using rollers, spray guns and brushes.

Expect 40 hours per week with occasional overtime, and must pass a background check. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of residential or commercial painting experience, is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working well with tenants and teammates.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of residential or commercial painting experience.
• Work will be on one campus-like site with no travel.
• Detail oriented, team player, and customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint with rollers, spray gun and brush to walls, floors, doors, and cabinets.
• Communicate well with others and work as a team.
• Maintain a clean work environment and clean up after job completion.
• Perform drywall finishing and related prep work.
• Handle on-site preparations such as scaffolding and covering floors.
