Douglass Painting is seeking a skilled professional painter to deliver high-quality interior and exterior work, with expertise in color mixes and finish techniques. You will contribute to spaces that showcase precision and excellence, collaborating with customers to realize their vision.

Expect duties such as protecting surroundings, maintaining a tidy site, and communicating clearly with clients. Apprenticeship is a plus, but not mandatory; two years of experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail are required.
• 2 years of work experience and apprenticeship preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Physical strength and stamina to stand for long periods are required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover trim, fixtures, furniture, and floors to protect from paint.
• Apply primer or sealers to paint surfaces.
• Assemble scaffolding when required.
• Leave the work area clean after project completion.
• Meet with customers to understand preferences and offer suggestions.
